Powerful 840W motor, with soft start, delivers up to 11,000rpm for faster grinding. Ideal for general grinding and cutting applications. Equipped with slide type on/off switch (with lock-on for continuous use), push-button spindle lock and side handle for increased operator control. Side-grip can be positioned on either side of the tool and the gear housing can be rotated to suit most applications. Features double insulation, anti-restart function to prevent accidental start-up. Connecteable to a Makita dust extraction system with an optional dust collecting wheel guard (not included).
